Columbia County Public Shooting Range back open and as suspected over crowded during the weekend. Got to say it sucks. Range hours need to be expanded. new hours went extreme from dusk till dawn to now 10AM to 6 PM. Everyone I talked to wasn't happy about it because if you dont live close you dont get shooting time during the week. The range would be more usable if it was open till 7:30 or 8PM, which is more reasonable than 6pm, which screws everyone with a regular 8 am - 5 pm job who doesn't live right next to it. Not everyone is a local farmer.
