BILLS-117s2938 Unconstitional Restrictions on your rights.


The Senate bill includes, but is not limited to, grants for Red Flag enforcement, expansion of prohibited persons, and additional restrictions on peaceable adults aged 18 to 20. Everyone should oppose this as it does away with due process. You will automatically be considered guilty till proven innocent on your dime. This puts unconstitutional restrictions on your rights.
