 ATF is trying to create a rule that requires you to be an FFL to sell your privately owned guns.
Highly unconstitutional. This will also open your house to federal searches without warrants. 
There are 6 days till the end of the comment period. Watch this and contact them in a hurry. 


This new rule will effectively destroy gun dealer businesses and at the same time require you to keep records for 20 years or more. In addition, you would have to pay dealer fees. This again will be another attempt to make an unconstitutional database that will be first step to confiscation.
