It's time to give you guys another update. There’s been significant development on one of the pistol brace lawsuits aimed at preventing the ATF from behaving as the unconstitutional bureaucrats nobody elected in the first place. The objective is to abolish the pistol brace rule before it even becomes effective. If you can recall, the rule's effective period begins on January 31, 2023, and concludes on May 31, 2023. By now you should all be familiar with the implications of this case, so I won't go into details here.
