You have no clue. I live in a Drug and Gang Enforcement Zone! I have called 911 and watched as Police came fashionably late after the perpetrator has left. 

All the police are good for is writing a report after the damage is done. Sadly, some police officers are cowards. 

Seldom will they be there to prevent the crime or stop it. The United States is too big and there aren't enough cops, not that I would trust them anyway because I have met too many power-tripping pricks.

HERE IS WHAT THEY AREN'T SAYING IN THESE STATES, MOST STATES ALREADY  HAVE LAWS on the books allowing guns to be taken away via having the person involuntarily committed or evaluated. The State of Wisconsin you just need two signatures to have someone committed against their will.
